CareersWe’re a small team.
We’re a small team.
Hiring opens later this year.
LensHub is built by a small group of engineers with a long history of fighting context rot — the wiki nobody updates, the Slack thread nobody can find, the README from three rewrites ago.
We're not posting open roles publicly yet, but we're always interested in hearing from senior engineers (Go, TypeScript, Python), distributed-systems folks, and DevRel/applied-AI people who want to ship a product that solves a real problem rather than chase model benchmarks.
What we work on
- A fast Go API server that fronts an MCP (Streamable HTTP) endpoint and a REST API
- Postgres + pgvector for context storage, embeddings, and the audit graph
- Python workers for embedding, classification, and source sync
- A Next.js dashboard for context editing, health monitoring, and connector management
How we work
- Remote-first across CET hours; small async-friendly team
- Ship narrow, observe in production, iterate. We use the product to build the product.
